IPEM’s NMSQG are pleased to announce the commencement of a HIDA audit from 27th April 2015.

One of two 12 patient datasets will be provided to participating centres to investigate the consistency of ejection fraction calculations across the UK. One dataset is dynamic data with no break when the stimulus is given. The other contains two sets of dynamic datasets for centres that stop the acquisition to administer the stimulus that cover pre and post stimulus.

Centres wishing to take part in the audit should download the zipped data from here

Complete dynamic

Break for fatty stimulus

(Note: Use Philips HIDA dynamic data if dynamic data above cannot be read on a Siemens system)

I am the nuclear medicine lead at the Countess of Chester Hospital. I am interested in participating in this audit as I have previously faced inconsistencies in the gallbladder EF measurements. I notice that the data sets are available to download. Would you please send me the spreadsheet for submission.
